BTS members Jimin and Jungkook have officially completed their mandatory military service in South Korea, marking their return to civilian life on June 11, 2025, as reported by Financial Express. The duo, who served as active-duty soldiers in the 5th Infantry Division Artillery Brigade since December 12, 2023, greeted fans and media at Sports Park in Yeoncheon, South Korea, just a day after bandmates RM and V were discharged.

The pair, known for their roles in the Disney+ travel series Are You Sure?!, appeared visibly moved as they faced a large crowd of BTS ARMYs, despite a prior warning from Big Hit Music urging fans not to gather at the discharge site due to safety concerns.
