In Pune, a software engineer was struck by a speeding car while jogging, resulting in his death. Virendra Dwivedi, the victim, was struck by a car while jogging on Pashan-Bavdhan Road. In the same vehicle, he was driven to the closest hospital.
A group of medical professionals made a failed attempt to save him. According to authorities, the vehicle was registered in the name of a private business in Pune.
To ascertain the precise reason of the collision and the speed of the car, CCTV footage from the scene and other roadways is being analyzed.
To find the driver’s identity and accountability, representatives of the business whose name the vehicle is registered will be questioned.
The incident is being investigated by police.
