Swearing-In Ceremony Of New Gujarat Cabinet Begins: Harsh Sanghvi Becomes Deputy Chief Minister

Gandhinagar : The oath-taking ceremony of the new Gujarat cabinet has begun. Governor Acharya Devvrat is administering the oath to all the ministers. Harsh Sanghvi has taken oath as Deputy Chief Minister. 26 ministers including CM Bhupendra Patel have been made in the new cabinet. Amrutiya, Modhwadia, Vaghani, Rivaba, Darshana Vaghela are new faces in the list. The new cabinet includes 7 Patidars, 8 OBC, 3 SC and 4 ST including the CM. In which 3 women will also take oath.

The Chief Minister himself called and informed the repeated ministers and said that we are with you, you have to take the oath. Then the new ministers were informed by Gujarat BJP state president Jagdish Vishwakarma who called and informed them. The Chief Minister himself called and informed the repeated ministers and said that we are with you, you have to take the oath. Then the new ministers were informed by Gujarat BJP state president Jagdish Vishwakarma who called and informed them. Yesterday, the meeting between the Chief Minister and the Governor was cancelled at the last minute.

However, this meeting can take place today at 9 am. The Chief Minister will submit the resignations of the old cabinet to the Governor and provide information about the new ministers. It is worth mentioning that on October 16, all 16 ministers of the Bhupendra Patel government had resigned.
