Bigg Boss 19 Contestant Abhishek Bajaj’s Ex-Wife Akanksha Jindal Accuses Him Of Cheating With Multiple Women
New Delhi: Actor Abhishek Bajaj, a current contestant on the Salman Khan-hosted reality series Bigg Boss 19, is facing fresh controversy over his private life rather than his on-screen antics. His former spouse, Akanksha Jindal, has come forward with stark allegations of infidelity during their brief marriage, sharing her side in an exclusive interview with journalist Vickey Lalwani.
Bajaj, who joined the Bigg Boss 19 house with limited details about his romantic history, has drawn renewed attention as social media revives accounts of his 2017 wedding to Jindal and their divorce in 2020. In her revelations to Lalwani, Jindal accused Bajaj of engaging in affairs with several women, including industry figures. “He was involved with a lot of girls,” she stated, adding that colleagues had alerted her to his actions and provided evidence. “A lot of people from the industry actually spoke to me and showed me his reality. I found some screenshots and asked him, but he started playing the victim card and wanted to blame me.”
Jindal painted a picture of a stifling partnership, claiming Bajaj stifled her personal growth. “He didn’t allow me to follow my ambitions, he didn’t support my hobbies. He is very pretentious and has a very typical mindset,” she remarked. Despite the pain, she emphasized reconciliation over time: “It’s been six years since we separated, and I have forgiven him now.”
Their story traces back to adolescence. Jindal recounted meeting Bajaj in ninth grade, losing touch, and rekindling their bond at a school reunion that evolved into courtship. Overriding her family’s doubts, she wed him, but a long-distance arrangement soon exposed cracks. The union unraveled amid escalating issues, culminating in what she described as a devastating betrayal. “We were in a long-distance relationship, but whatever happened, it happened for the good. Everything just got shattered. I was heartbroken, angry, and not in a happy state of mind. Things just changed 360 degrees. I was not able to accept a lot of things; of course, he cheated, that was the breaking point,” Jindal explained. “I am someone who reads between the lines. I could sense from his behaviour that our marriage would not work; when I realised that, I walked out.”
As Bajaj navigates alliances and challenges within the Bigg Boss confines recently spotlighted for his strategic push to back Ashnoor Kaur’s captaincy bid, which split housemates Jindal’s disclosures have ignited online debates about transparency in the high-stakes show.
