Elon Musk Denies Epstein Island Visit, ‘Lolita Express’ Flight After Email Surfaces In DOJ Document Release
Tesla chief Elon Musk has firmly rejected allegations linking him to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, following the emergence of his name in a newly released collection of Epstein-related documents. On Sunday, February 1, Musk criticized what he termed “legacy media,” asserting that no one had advocated more strongly for the complete disclosure of Epstein files than himself, even while anticipating a resulting smear campaign.
Responding publicly after his name appeared in email correspondence with Epstein, Musk stated he had never attended any parties hosted by Epstein. He emphasized that true justice in the matter would only come through prosecuting those who committed criminal acts. Describing Epstein’s Little Saint James island as “creepy,” the SpaceX CEO categorically denied visiting the location.

“I knew that I would be smeared relentlessly, despite never having attended his parties or been on his ‘Lolita Express’ plane or set foot on his creepy island or done anything wrong at all,” he wrote on X. Advocating for child protection, Musk stated that those in positions of power “must protect those cannot protect themselves, especially vulnerable children.” “I will gladly accept any amount of future pain to do more to protect kids and give them a chance to grow up and have happy lives,” he added.
Elon Musk And Epstein Files
During 2024 and 2025, Musk consistently demanded the release of Epstein Files. As the largest contributor to Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, he pushed for disclosure of the documents during the campaign period. Following Trump’s inauguration as President of United States in January 2025, Musk joined the White House to lead the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Throughout his time in this role, he urged Trump to authorize the release of the disputed records and honor the campaign pledge. He criticized the “protection racket” that he said was preventing Trump from releasing the files. In June 2025, during a disagreement with POTUS over big beautiful bill, he alleged that Trump’s name also appeared in the notorious client list. He subsequently removed the post and apologized for his statements.
What Are Epstein Files And What We Know About The latest Release
The recently released collection of three million Epstein documents from the Department of Justice (DOJ) reveals that the SpaceX CEO had substantial email communications with Epstein, including conversations about a potential visit to Epstein’s private island, Little St James. Records indicate Musk arranged possible visits to Epstein’s island during 2012 and 2013. In one email, Musk inquired which day would be the “wildest party.” The latest disclosure also includes names of former Prince Andrew, Bill Gates, Howard Lutnick, Mira Nair, among others.
The term “Epstein files” refers to a collection of legal documents, court records, and investigative materials connected to Jeffrey Epstein, a wealthy financier convicted of operating a sex trafficking ring involving underage girls. It also includes transcripts of interviews with victims and witnesses and details of his flight logs. In November, US President Donald Trump signed the Epstein Files Transparency Bill after Congress’ approval, and made it a federal law that mandates the DOJ to release all unclassified Epstein documents.
