Sitamarhi : PM Modi, addressing a poll rally in Bihar on Saturday, launched a scathing attack on the RJD and other opposition parties, accusing them of attempting to turn the state’s youth into hooligans. These people want to make their own children chief ministers, ministers, MPs, and MLAs, but for your children, they want to make rangdaars (goons). Bihar will never accept this. Jungle raj means pistols, cruelty, corruption, and enmity,” Modi said.
PM said, If you listen to the campaign songs and slogans of the RJD, you’ll shiver. What the RJD wants to do for the children of Bihar is clearly visible in the election campaign of its leaders. Innocent children are being made to say this on RJD platforms; those children are saying that they want to become gangsters. Modi was referring to a viral video showing a 10-year-old boy speaking about pistols and rangdari from an election stage in the presence of an RJD candidate.
Jungle Raj means Katta, Kroorta, Katuta, Kusanskar and corruption. These people have bad values. They want bad governance. As soon as the jungle raj came, the era of Bihar’s downfall began. RJD ended all development in Bihar. Any talk of development from them are safed jhooth (white lies), he added.

The Prime Minister also expressed his happiness over the high voter turnout in the first phase of elections on November 6, when, according to the Election Commission, 65.08 percent of electors had exercised their franchise. You have given a big shock (zor ka jhatka) to the opposition. They are getting sleepless nights, said Modi, who has been insisting that the high turnout was indicative of an overwhelming support of the NDA.
