30-Hour Water Supply Disruption In Chembur And Govandi From February 11 to 13
Mumbai: Various works to improve water supply in the M East and M West divisions of Mumbai will be carried out from 2 AM on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, to 8 AM on Friday, February 13, 2026. During this period, water supply will remain suspended in Chembur, Govandi, and Mankhurd areas.
During these repair works, water supply will be completely shut off for a total of 30 hours in some parts of M East division (Ward Nos. 146, 147, and 148) and some parts of M West division (Ward Nos. 154 and 155).
To make water supply more efficient in M East and M West divisions, a 1,200 mm diameter gate will be installed on the 1,200 mm diameter inlet water pipe at Turbhe Low-Level Reservoir. Additionally, a 1,200 mm diameter water line connecting the 1,200 mm diameter inlet water pipe that supplies water from Turbhe Low-Level Reservoir to the tunnel shaft will be joined. Due to this, water supply will remain suspended in some parts of M East and M West divisions.
Therefore, citizens should store necessary water as a precautionary measure. Additionally, as a precaution, water should be boiled and filtered before drinking for the next three days.
Water supply will remain suspended in these areas:
M East Ward:
H.P.C.L. Refinery, H.P.C.L. Colony, Varun Beverages, B.A.R.C., Gavanpada, Indian Oil Company Limited, B.P.C.L. Colony, Tata Colony, Nityanand Bag, Rane Chawl, R.C.F. Colony will face water supply disruption.
Besides, Old Refinery Area, Bharat Nagar, J Plot, Hashu Advani Nagar, Anik Gaon, M.A.C.B. Colony, Sahyadri Nagar, R.N.A. Udyan, Mhada Colony, Rockline Buildings, Vishnu Nagar, Videocon Building, S.G. Chemical Building, Praya Nagar, Om-Ganesh Nagar, Rahul Nagar, Ashok Nagar will experience water supply suspension.

Marg, Sindhi Society, SRA Buildings, Vashi Naka, Amba Pada, Jijamata Nagar, Vittasanchyan, Sailila Ramtekdi, Tolaram Tower, Chembur Camp, Ganesh Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Konkan Nagar, Vashigaon, Mhada Buildings, Mukund Nagar SRA, Lakshmi Nagar, Mitul Enclave, Mysore Colony, M.S. Buildings, Vijay Nagar, R.C. Marg area will face water supply disruption.
