PM Modi Arrives In Indonesia In First Part Of His Indo-Pacific Three Nation Tour

Prime Minister Narendra Modi started his crucial three country Indo-Pacific visit when he landed in Indonesia. At the Jakarta airport, Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto personally greeted PM Modi upon his arrival.

With traditional Indian and Indonesian cultural displays, the local Indonesian community and the Indian diaspora welcomed Prime Minister Modi with great enthusiasm.

Since May 2018, when India-Indonesia relations were elevated to the status of Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, this is the Prime Minister’s first bilateral visit to Indonesia and his fourth overall.

The Prime Minister will evaluate the partnership’s advancements and have bilateral talks with the President of Indonesia during the visit.

Additionally, the PM will visit the Prambanan Temple complex in Yogyakarta, a cultural and historic city. There, Indonesia and India will cooperate together on conservation efforts. The prime minister will speak to a sizable assembly of the Indian diaspora in Jakarta.

From this month’s eighth to tenth, PM Modi will go to Australia for the second phase of his tour. After arriving in Melbourne, PM Modi will join Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese for the third India-Australia Annual Summit.

New aspects of bilateral cooperation, such as supply chain resilience, new technologies, cybersecurity, and vital minerals, will be discussed by the two presidents.

The Prime Minister will also attend the India-Australia CEOs Forum during his tour, where he will speak to a group of prominent business executives from both nations.

The prime minister will also speak to a sizable assembly of the Indian diaspora, who are a vital component of the connection between Australia and India.

PM Modi will visit New Zealand on July 10–11 as the third and final stop on his three-nation tour. Christopher Luxon, the prime minister of New Zealand, will meet with Prime Minister Modi. The two leaders will examine every aspect of the bilateral relationship, which has advanced significantly over the past two years, particularly in the fields of defense and trade and commerce

The Indian Prime Minister will travel to New Zealand for the first time in forty years. Additionally, he will engage with well-known business and athletic figures. During the visit, the he will speak to a sizable assembly of the Indian Diaspora, reflecting the close people-to-people links between India and New Zealand.
