India Sends 5 Tonnes of Medical Aid to Afghanistan, Reaffirms Humanitarian Support
New Delhi: India has supplied a fresh consignment of humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan, delivering five tonnes of medical supplies aimed at supporting the country’s healthcare needs. The aid was provided as part of New Delhi’s ongoing commitment to assist the Afghan people through humanitarian initiatives.
According to official information, the consignment was handed over to Afghan authorities and is intended to strengthen healthcare services in the country amid continuing challenges faced by its population.
Medical Supplies Sent as Part of Continued Support
The latest shipment forms part of India’s broader humanitarian assistance efforts for Afghanistan. Over the past several years, India has regularly supplied medicines, vaccines, food assistance and other relief materials to support Afghan citizens during periods of crisis and hardship.
