Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference in North Gujarat Concludes with 1,212 MoUs Worth ₹3.24 Lakh Crore in Investments

Mahesana: The two-day Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (North Gujarat), held at Ganpat University under the theme Regional Aspirations, Global Ambitions, concluded with significant announcements expected to transform the industrial and economic landscape of the region. The event resulted in the signing of 1,212 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), promising investments worth ₹3.24 lakh crore in North Gujarat.

Industry Minister Balvantsinh Rajput highlighted the historic scale of the first-ever Regional Vibrant Gujarat Conference in North Gujarat. Around 30,000 participants attended the summit, with delegates from 72 countries actively engaging in discussions. Rajput noted that these MoUs would pave the way for unprecedented industrial growth, job creation, and innovation in the region.

In addition to investment commitments, global industry leaders and organizations also held meetings focused on boosting exports of Gujarati products. These interactions are estimated to have generated trade worth ₹500 crore. The minister emphasized that the conference has positioned North Gujarat as a rising hub for investment and technology innovation, reinforcing the state’s economic prominence.

The event saw over 29,000 registrations, participation from more than 70 countries, and attendance by 440 international delegates. Diplomats from Japan, Vietnam, New Zealand, Rwanda, Guyana, and Ukraine were among those specially present. During the two days, over 160 business-to-business (B2B) and 100 business-to-government (B2G) meetings took place, driving collaboration and strategic partnerships.

More than 410 exhibitors showcased their products and services, including active participation from over 170 MSMEs and startups reflecting the growing entrepreneurial spirit in the region.
