Chaitar Vasava, MLA of Aam Aadmi Party, has made some serious allegations against BJP leader Bachu Khabad and Congress leader Hira Jotva. He has alleged that during the years 2020-21 and 2022-23, a scam of over Rs 400 crore has been perpetrated in the name of material supply through Jalaram Enterprise Agency.
AAP MLA Chaitar Vasava has spoken on a serious matter involving political leaders. He said that as per his belief, when Bachubhai Khabad was the minister in-charge, partnering with veteran Congress leader Hira Jotva’s Jalaram Enterprise Agency, he perpetrated a scam of over a whopping amount of Rs 400 crore during the years 2020-21, 2021-22, and 2022-23, in the name of providing materials. He said that he has proofs of the same.

He further said that in the past they had filed a petition along with several sarpanches. Moreover, a complaint was also lodged with the Superintendent of Police. However, since they were leaders of stature and influence, only the statements of the officers were taken, and no action was taken after that.
Vasava added that it is clearly visible that payments worth crores of rupees have been made, but work has not been done at any of the places. Crores of rupees have been collected in the name of panchayats, but neither sand nor gravel has been provided in any village. Bills without GST have also not been shown. He alleged that both the parties- Congress and BJP- are together in this matter.
Giving information about the scam, Vasava said that till now it was believed that only Bachu Khabad was involved in this scam. However, Congress leader Hira Jotva, along with his agencies and people of the BJP, has perpetrated scams worth crores of rupees in the tribal areas of Dahod, Bharuch, Chhota Udepur, and Narmada. Today, Congress and Hira Jotva are running the party with the amount earned out of this scam, he alleged.

Putting forth a demand in front of the government, Chaitar Vasava requested to investigate the work done in Narmada by the Jalaram agency. He expressed the possibility of the unravelling of more such scams if thorough and proper investigation is conducted.
He further said that as an act of moral responsibility, Bachu Khabad should be suspended from the post of minister. In addition, investigation of the scams perpetrated by Hira Jotva’s agencies should be conducted, and necessary action should be taken in the matter.
