According to information received, security agencies were in a panic on Thursday after receiving an anonymous email stating that explosives have been planted in the premises of the Gujarat High Court and threatening to blow up the court with a bomb. Security personnel conducted preliminary checks and began tracing the origin of the email. Officials said that bomb detection and disposal squads (BDDS) were also summoned as a precautionary measure. Investigators are verifying whether the email originated from within the state or from an external source.
