Mumbai: Ranveer Singh has another expensive set of wheels in his garage, and this time, it runs entirely on electricity. The Bollywood star has reportedly bought a BMW i7, a luxury electric sedan that combines high end comfort with impressive performance. With prices starting at rs 1.95 crore and going up to rs 2.65 crore (ex showroom), the car is another eye catching addition to the actor’s already impressive automobile collection.
According to a report Auto report dated October 10, 2026, Singh was recently spotted with the new electric sedan. The report states that the actor bought the car himself rather than receiving it as a gift from BMW. However, the exact variant he has purchased has not been confirmed.
A Luxury Car That Packs Serious Power
The BMW i7 is more than just a stylish luxury sedan. It brings together powerful electric motors, a premium cabin and technology designed to make every journey feel special.
In India, the updated model is available in two variants the i7 50 xDrive M Sport and the more powerful i7 M70 xDrive.
The i7 50 xDrive M Sport produces 455 hp and 600 Nm of torque. BMW claims it can sprint from 0 to 100 kmph in 5.5 seconds and deliver a WLTP certified driving range of up to 728 km on a full charge.
For those who want even more performance, the i7 M70 xDrive takes things up a notch. It produces up to 680 hp and 1,100 Nm of torque with Sport Boost, reaching 100 kmph from a standstill in a claimed 3.8 seconds. Its claimed WLTP range is up to 686 km.
The cabin is equally impressive, featuring a 17.9 inch central touchscreen, a 14.6 inch passenger display and a massive 31.3 inch rear entertainment screen. Add powered doors and a premium Bowers & Wilkins sound system, and the i7 makes a strong case for itself as a luxury car built around comfort as much as speed.
From a Hummer EV to a BMW i7
Singh’s reported car collection already includes some big names, such as the GMC Hummer EV, Lamborghini Urus, Mercedes Maybach GLS 600, Range Rover and Aston Martin Rapide S. A Toyota Fortuner has also reportedly been spotted travelling with his convoy.
The addition of the BMW i7 is particularly interesting because it brings another electric vehicle into the picture. While the Hummer EV stands out for its imposing size and rugged styling, the i7 takes a completely different approach, focusing on understated luxury, cutting edge technology and a quieter driving experience.
For now, the exact variant of Singh’s new BMW remains a mystery. But one thing is clear the actor’s reported garage continues to bring together luxury, performance and a growing interest in electric motoring.
