Ram Charan’s ‘Peddi’ Set to Hit Theaters in March 2026

Telugu cinema star Ram Charan’s latest project, Peddi, is slated for a theatrical release on March 27, 2026, the actor revealed on Sunday, coinciding with the festival of Ram Navami. Known for blockbuster hits like RRR, Yevadu, Magadheera, and Dhruva, Charan shared the update with fans via social media.
Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi is backed by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings, under the Vriddhi Cinemas banner. Charan took to X to announce, “Here’s the #PeddiFirstShot Happy Sri Rama Navami #PEDDI will see you in cinemas 27th March, 2026,” accompanied by a link to a brief teaser of the film. The 1.05-minute “first shot” clip features Charan swinging a cricket bat, effortlessly smashing the ball beyond the field.
The film boasts a strong ensemble cast, including Janhvi Kapoor, Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, and Divyenndu. Venkata Satish Kilaru serves as producer, with an impressive crew rounding out the project: AR Rahman composing the music, R Rathnavelu handling cinematography, Avinash Kolla overseeing production design, and Navin Nooli editing.
Charan’s most recent on-screen appearance was in Game Changer, directed by S Shankar. With Peddi, the actor continues to build anticipation among his fanbase for what promises to be another cinematic milestone.
