Actor James Handy Brutally Stabbed To Death By His Girlfriend’s Son

California: Renowned Hollywood actor James Handy fell prey to a ruthless murder, allegedly stabbed multiple times in the chest by his girlfriend’s son at his residence. The shockwaves reached the entire industry as many sympathized with the deceased actor. James, aged 81, was found lying in the front courtyard of his home by the police. Upon reaching the hospital, the actor was already living his final moments and was declared dead upon arrival.

Known for “Jumanji” and “Top Gun: Maverick,” the actor was allegedly attacked by a 44-year-old man named Michael Gledhill, who voluntarily surrendered and admitted to the crime to the police. The authorities said that the response was received via a 911 call saying, “I am the son of man, I just killed the man of sin,” in a manly voice. Gledhill was later identified as the deceased’s girlfriend’s son, and surveillance showed a man walking past the home. The photos from the crime scene revealed some clothing evidence in front of the house.

Subsequently, Gledhill was held by the police on the accusation of James’ murder. The investigation is underway, and the police are soon to unveil the motive behind the crime. Officials have conveyed that a bail amount of 2 million dollars has been set for Gledhill, and the brutal stabbing is being studied by the investigators.

James Handy had an illustrious career in Hollywood; having worked in several TV shows and films, James was a reputable personality in the field. Handy was living at his mother’s residence in Tarzana, California, and was born in New York, and several Hollywood personalities reacted warmly to the news. One of them being the writer Jay Bobbin, who said, “heartbroken to learn about the passing of superb character actor.” The accused is arrested under suspicion, and the findings are yet to be confirmed by the police.
