‘Yes, I Am Married’: Isha Rikhi Finally Confirms Wedding With Badshah, Shares First Romantic Picture

Mumbai: After months of rumours, speculation and viral wedding photos, Punjabi actress Isha Rikhi has officially confirmed that she is married to rapper singer Badshah.
The actress made the revelation during an Instagram Q&A session when a fan directly asked her about the reports surrounding her marriage. Keeping it simple, Rikhi responded, “Yes, I am married,” ending months of curiosity among fans.
The confirmation comes nearly three months after alleged wedding photographs of the couple surfaced online. The rumours gained momentum in March 2026 when pictures and videos from what appeared to be wedding festivities were shared by Rikhi’s mother, Poonam Rikhi, on social media. However, neither Badshah nor Rikhi commented publicly at the time.
Adding a fun twist to the interaction, Rikhi also addressed a question that had puzzled fans for months why she and Badshah do not follow each other on Instagram despite being married.
“I think my husband owes all of you an explanation,” she joked, referring to the rapper as “Pati Dev.”
The actress further delighted fans by sharing what is believed to be the couple’s first official romantic photograph. The image showed Rikhi sitting on Badshah’s lap while the rapper held her close, giving followers a rare glimpse into their otherwise private relationship.
Interestingly, the confirmation comes shortly after Badshah sparked speculation by posting photos with a mystery woman and captioning them, “The universe has a strange way of putting people in your life.” The post triggered fresh rumours online before Rikhi’s announcement settled the buzz.
Relationship rumours between Badshah and Rikhi first surfaced in 2023, but both stars largely kept their personal lives away from the spotlight.
On the professional front, Rikhi is known for Punjabi films such as Jatt Boys Putt Jattan De, Happy Go Lucky and Ardaas, while Badshah remains one of India’s biggest music stars with hits including DJ Waley Babu, Mercy and Paagal.
For those unaware, Badshah was previously married to Jasmine Masih. The couple married in 2012, welcomed daughter Jessemy Grace in 2017 and reportedly separated in 2020.
While Badshah has yet to publicly comment on the marriage, Isha Rikhi’s candid confirmation and their first ever romantic photo have finally put one of the industry’s longest running relationship rumours to rest.
