In a tragic incident, Savarkundla APMC Director Ankur Ramani died by suicide today morning (April 29). He hanged himself to death at his home, early in the morning. Meanwhile, police have found a suicide note as well. Further investigations are underway.
According to sources, Ankur Ramani was found hanged at his home in Piyava village of Savarkundla early this morning. The police, while investigating, also found a suicide note written by the 32-year-old. The family members of the deceased are in shock and experiencing grief.
It is believed that the deceased was in tension regarding his wife being upset with him. The deceased had 4 sisters, and he was the only brother. On the other hand, Savarkundla APMC has declared that the work of the APMC will be closed tomorrow (April 30). The body has been sent for post-mortem.
