
Nashik police have arrested suspended TCS-linked employee Nida Khan in connection with a high-profile case involving allegations of sexual harassment, religious coercion, and workplace abuse at a TCS-associated BPO facility in the city.
Khan, who had been evading authorities for nearly 25 days, was taken into custody following the rejection of her anticipatory bail pleas by a Nashik court. The development marks a significant advancement in the investigation, which has drawn widespread attention due to the serious nature of the complaints.
According to investigators, the probe is expanding beyond Nashik, with potential links emerging to Malegaon and even Malaysia. Multiple women employees at the BPO unit have come forward with allegations of sexual harassment, religious intimidation, and various forms of workplace abuse.
