Top Iranian Official Says Pakistan Will Drop Nuclear Bomb On Israel If It Nukes Iran; Pak Denies Such Claims

New Delhi : Iranian official has claimed that Pakistan would launch a nuclear strike on Israel if it used nuclear weapons against Iran. However, this statement has been denied by Islamabad. General Mohsen Rezaei, an IRGC commander and member of Iran’s National Security Counci said on TV channel that Pakistan says if Israel uses a nuclear bomb on Iran, then Pakistan will also attack Israel with a nuclear bomb.
Giving clarifications, Pakistan’s Defence Minister dismissed the claim and said Islamabad didn’t made such statements. Comments came when escalating tensions in the Middle East, with Iran and Israel trading missile fire and threats of further escalation.
Iran reported that Israeli airstrikes targeted its oil refineries, killed the intelligence chief of its Revolutionary Guard along with two other generals, and struck civilian areas. The relentless bombardment, which began Friday, has claimed 224 lives in Iran and injured 1,277, according to health officials, who did not specify whether the casualties included civilians or military personnel.
Israel, focusing its attacks on Iran’s advancing nuclear facilities and military command, stated that Iran has launched more than 270 missiles since Friday. Of those, 22 penetrated Israel’s advanced multilayered air defense systems, striking residential areas, killing 14 people, and wounding 390, Israeli authorities reported.
On June 14, Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif told the National Assembly that Muslim nations should unite against Israel or risk meeting the same fate as Iran and Palestine. Israel has targeted Iran, Yemen, and Palestine. If Muslim nations don’t unite now, each will face the same fate. Muslim nations with diplomatic ties to Israel to sever relations and called on the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to convene a meeting to form a joint strategy against the Jewish nation.
