New Delhi: Security breaches at Delhi Legislative Assembly premises as unknown vehicle tresspasses through main gate by moving inside the complex area before exiting and raising the security concern at the state legislature.
Delhi police have started enquiry pertaining to the unknown vehicle, its whereabouts and how the vehicle entered the premises with such tightened security. CCTV footages are taken into custody to note down the entry and exit point of the vehicle plus examining the staff present during the incident.
An eyewitness told India Today Tv that, ” We were standing here, near the grip area above. We saw that a car had already entered inside. So we moved to this side and saw that it was a White Ciaz Car. It came directly, broke the gate and sped away in that direction.”
Officials are considering stricter monitoring and enhanced security checks to prevent any misfortune in the near future.
Assembly authorities are expected to tighten entry and exit points and reassess emergency response procedures following the breach. Officials have not disclosed any further information as the investigation continues.
