Will There Be No iPhone This Year?

Every year, it is a ritual for the internet to start speculating how different (or not) the new iPhone will be, which is usually launched in September. But according to new rumors, there might not be an iPhone launch this year.

Multiple reports claim that Apple is going to debut a staggered launch this year, where the company will first launch the premium and more expensive devices in September, and the more affordable base level device will launch six months later.

Apple is expected to launch the iPhone 18 Pro, Pro Max and the brand new iPhone Fold in September, with the base iPhone 18 delayed to next year, along with the iPhone 18e and the iPhone Air 2.

The rumors are further strengthened by comments from suppliers of the Apple Inc, which have confirmed that a major US based company has delayed the component recruitment by a few months.

This staggered launch scheme is expected to be implemented to manange the growing number of Apple mobile devices, with as many 6 to be debut from September to early next year. Apple has done this to prevent overcrowding of devices in one launch and to keep demands consistent over the year.
