Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s Trouser Antics Continue: Takes Them Off on the Field and Wraps Them Around His Neck!

New Delhi: Cricket is famously known as the “gentleman’s game”, and players are expected to maintain discipline both on and off the field. When a player represents the country, even greater care is expected in this regard. However, 15-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi, despite already playing at the highest level, appears to still have some of his youthful antics.

According to a viral video, during a recent international match, Vaibhav suddenly took off his trousers while walking onto the field with his Indian teammates. He then wrapped them around his neck like a towel and continued walking. While all the other players were wearing trousers, Vaibhav was the only one wearing shorts.

Shivam Dube was walking ahead of Vaibhav. As Vaibhav was entering the field in the line, he suddenly stopped and took off his trousers. His unexpected act left pacer Yash Thakur, who was walking behind him, surprised. Abhishek Sharma and Tilak Varma were also behind him and appeared equally taken aback.

A similar incident involving Vaibhav Suryavanshi took place in April after an IPL match. After collecting an award at the presentation ceremony, the Rajasthan Royals youngster returned to the field and took off his trousers there. He was left in his shorts while several people watched him. Veteran cricketer Sunil Gavaskar was also standing nearby and witnessed the youngster’s antics. Vaibhav then wrapped his trousers around his neck like a towel.
