Mumbai/Hyderabad: Mumbai Indians may have crashed out of the IPL-2026 playoff race, but MI batsman Tilak Varma has occupied the hearts and minds of millions of cricket lovers because of his unbeaten 75-run match-winning innings against Punjab on Thursday. Along with that, a new twist is now being seen in his personal life as well.
Tilak Varma’s name is being linked with Sreeleela, the Indian-origin American actress who has worked in several Telugu films.
There is discussion that 24-year-old Sreeleela is in a relationship with 23-year-old Tilak Varma. How much of this is true and how much is false will only be known with time, but right now Tilak Varma is dominating the IPL and therefore his name is once again being discussed with Sreeleela.
There is also strong buzz that Tilak and Sreeleela have been in love with each other for the past one year. Recently, both were seen together at an event and therefore the rumours became stronger. Five-six months ago, when Sreeleela had gone to the Tirumala Venkateswara Temple with her mother, Tilak Varma had also reportedly reached there. During the match between Mumbai Indians and Punjab Kings in Dharamshala, Sreeleela’s mother was seen talking with Indian players. Sreeleela had also recently watched a T20 World Cup match at Wankhede. Because of all these incidents, talks of a relationship between Tilak and Sreeleela received indirect confirmation.
Some time ago, Sreeleela had jokingly said in an interview, “The biggest reason I have still not fallen in love with anyone is that my mother goes everywhere with me. Even if I go on a date with someone, she will come there with me too.”
