Chennai : Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi on Tuesday walked out of the assembly session as he declined to deliver an address prepared by the MK Stalin-led DMK government in a fresh row. A video showed him exiting the building and boarding his car before leaving. The speech contains numerous unsubstantiated claims and misleading statements.
