New Delhi : A 10-year-old Class 6 girl was found dead under mysterious circumstances at a private school in Noida. The victim was playing at school when she fainted. Her teachers found her motionless and was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she was declared dead. The family has accused the school administration of negligence, asserting that the victim was healthy when they last saw her.
The family has filed a complaint and the police have not filed an FIR into the case. An initial post-mortem report did not indicate any foul play. The viscera has been preserved and sent for examination after the post-mortem. Further action will be taken only after police receives the results of the viscera examination. The victim’s mother said she had dropped her daughter to the school for the Teacher’s Day programme on September 4.

I want justice,” she said. Her mother said that she received a call to come to the hospital, where she saw her daughter dead. “I don’t understand what happened. She was perfectly fine that morning. She had left home with gifts for her teachers.
The family has filed a complaint with the Noida Police, alleging negligence by the school and demanding an impartial investigation. School authorities had taken her to the hospital when she fainted. She said when her mother demanded the CCTV footage, police had already taken the digital video recorder for investigation.
