Youtuber Ranveer Allahbadia admits in front of Maharashtra cyber cell cops

India’s got latent is a show that offers the contestant to show casting their unique and bizarre skills. The show almost covers everything including the slam poetry , magic ,comedy , dancing and singing.

Comedian Samay raina nearly seven months back launched the show named ” India’s got Latent ” on social media platform “Youtube”. The show basically showcasted the humour often deemed dark , crass and abusive which certainly made the show an instant hit among the audience mostly amongst the teenagers. Many guests had made their special appearance on the show of which the episode of guests including the famous youtuber’s Ranveer Allahbadia, Ashish Chanchlani , a content creator Apoorva Mukhija ‘s episode went extremely viral. Ranveer Allahbadia found himself at the center of a huge controversy after he made an objectionable joke involving parents at the latest ‘India’s Got Latent’ episode.

Ranveer Allahbadia recorded statement, claims no payment for show :

The controversial statement on the show by famous youtuber Ranveer Allahbadia caused a ruckus amongst the internet. The youtuber did upload a tweet stating that ” his intentions were not to hurt the sentiments of the people, claimed comedy is not his forte , the statement was in itself a big mistake. After, the video got surfaced people started claiming it as a ” strategic move” or “sympathy” gaining move. Furtherly, multiple FIR’s have been filed against the youtuber, including one registered in Guwahati on February 17 by a local resident, alleging the promotion of obscenity in a publicly accessible online show. While being questioned ,the 31-year-old YouTuber claimed that he did not receive any payment for his appearance and explained that YouTubers often collaborate and feature on each other’s shows.

Ranveer Allahbadia apologised for his comments, saying it was a “lapse in judgement” on his part, adding “comedy wasn’t his forte.” “I am not going to give any context, justification or reasoning behind whatever happened. I am just here for an apology.” He added that he was learning to better make use of his platform and would never disrespect family, said ranveer .
