Moksh 2025 Celebrates Real-Life Superheroes as Kirti College’s BAMMC Festival Marks 16 Glorious Years

Moksh, the annual festival of Kirti College’s BAMMC students, entered its 16th year in 2025, carrying forward a legacy built since 2010. Known for blending creativity with social awareness, this year’s theme celebrated Real-Life Superheroes — doctors, teachers, lawyers, and public servants who work tirelessly for society.

On 9th December 2025, the event began with a grand inauguration in the presence of the special guest, renowned Marathi director and scriptwriter Mr. Sanjay Mone. The ceremony was led by the Chief Guest, Principal, Vice Principal, and Head of Department Dr. Minal Ambavne. Across three days, the festival showcased diverse talents. Day 1 featured photography, reporting, rap, digital poster making, TVC production, and radio jockey contests. Day 2 brought stand-up comedy, an instrumental performance by Anil Gallipalli, a powerful drama act, a thrilling treasure hunt with guest Shantanu Rangnekar, and a high-energy group dance competition.

The final day saw singing, dance, a fashion show, and the Mr. & Ms. Moksh pageant. A major highlight was the presence of the Marathi films Uttar and Asurvan teams, who interacted with students and encouraged them to support the film. Renowned Singer Rishikesh Kanetkar, Dancer Choreographer Sanjana Patil and Stand-up Comedian Mandar Bhide was amongst other dignjtaries. Mumbai Samachar was proud to be the media partner for Moksh 2025, celebrating the spirit of everyday superheroes and the vibrant energy created by students at the Swatantryaveer Savarkar Auditorium in Dadar.

Moksh 2025 stood as a powerful reminder that true heroes walk among us every day. With unmatched enthusiasm, creativity, and purpose, students transformed the festival into a tribute to those who uplift society through their service. As the curtains came down, Moksh once again reinforced its legacy — not just as a cultural celebration, but as a movement that inspires, empowers, and brings the next generation of media professionals closer to real-world change.
