Mumbai – Bollywood actress Kajol Devgan has made a significant investment in real estate, purchasing a prime commercial property in the upscale Goregaon West area of Mumbai for a substantial sum of ₹28.78 crore.
According to data from real estate tracking website IndexTap.com, the property transaction was officially completed on March 6, 2025. The purchased property is Shop No. 2, situated on the ground floor of the Bharat Arize building on Linking Road, in the Bangur Nagar area. It was sold by Bharat Realty Ventures Pvt Ltd.
The commercial space encompasses 4,365 square feet and includes parking for five cars. The price per square foot for this deal is calculated at ₹65,940. Official records indicate that Kajol paid ₹1.72 crore in stamp duty for the property registration.
Goregaon West has become an increasingly important commercial district in Mumbai, attracting considerable investment, particularly from wealthy individuals. Kajol’s recent property acquisition further underscores the growing appeal and high demand for real estate in this Mumbai locality.
