The incident unfolded early Tuesday, November 25, 2025, when West Mercia Police responded to reports of a man suffering severe injuries on Barbourne Road in Worcester, a historic city in the West Midlands region. Officers arrived at approximately 4:15 a.m. to find the victim, who was rushed to a nearby hospital but could not be saved, passing away later that morning.
Although British authorities have withheld formal identification pending notification of next of kin, local reports from India have confirmed the deceased as Vijay Kumar Sheoran, a resident of Charkhi Dadri district in Haryana. Sheoran, originally from Village Jagrambas, was enrolled in a master’s program and had been living in the UK for several months.
