“We Are Not Protecting Trump” : DOJ Releases 30 Lakh Epstein Pages With Hundreds Of Redactions

Washington : Over 30 Lakh pages of documents related to Late sex offender Jeffery Epstein were released by the US Justice Department on Friday. The documents include more than 1,80,000 images and more than 2,000 videos . Documents that were supposed to meet the deadline of 19 December extend by 6 weeks as it was established by the legislation signed into law by the US President. The reason for delay was cited as to keep confidentiality of the victims identity as many documents were supposed to be reviewed because of the presence of millions of materials.

On December 20,2025 the Justice Department released thousands of pages that included photos, mails, videos, text, messages of high profile etc. while people mentioned in the documents appeared to deny any involvement with Epstein. Furthermore, under Epstein Files Transparency Act(EFTA) Deputy US Attorney General Todd Blanche did announce in a press briefing about a fresh release of the Epstein’s Files  except keeping some documents exceptional for specific reasons.
