A Supreme Court hearing turned chaotic on Friday when a petitioner, arguing his own case, allegedly hurled documents at the Bench and hurled abuse along with them. Security had him out of the courtroom within minutes.
The petitioner was before Justices KV Viswanathan and Alok Aradhe, challenging an Allahabad High Court order, when things took a turn. He’d been aggressive from the start.

“Mr judicial servant,” he told the court. “I order you to order the registration of an FIR against the ACP … Lucknow.”
Justice Viswanathan didn’t let that pass. “You are ordering me? You are ordering us?”
“That is all from my side,” the petitioner shot back. “Everything is on record.”
Then it escalated. He threw his case papers into the air and allegedly abused the Chief Justice — who, notably, wasn’t even on this Bench, according to Live Law.
Security stepped in and removed him. Through all of it, the judges stayed composed and didn’t engage with the outburst.
The case itself was a challenge to an Allahabad High Court order. Who the petitioner is, what happens to him now, and what becomes of the underlying case are all still unclear.
