Among those who noticed the unfolding emergency were Anjali Baiju, a staff nurse, and Ardra Raj, a nursing student. Doctors later confirmed that Sinoj had suffered a major cardiac event. He underwent emergency angioplasty after tests revealed a blocked coronary artery.
