Kolkata : In the results so far of the four states of the country, West Bengal, Assam, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and one Union Territory of Puducherry, the victory of BJP is certain in two states, West Bengal, Assam and Union Territory of Puducherry. While Thalapathy Vijay’s party TVK in Tamil Nadu and Congress-backed UDF in Kerala can form the government.
CM Mamata Banerjee herself has lost from the Bhawanipur seat by 15,105 votes. Also, BJP’s Suvendu Adhikari has won. While out of the total 293 seats, BJP has won 192 seats. Also, it is leading in 15 seats. While TMC has won 68 seats and is leading in 12 seats. While Congress has won 2 seats. While Left has lost 1 seat and others have lost 3 seats.
In Assam, the BJP-led NDA has won 91 seats. While it is leading on one. Congress has won 20 seats and is leading on one. While AIUDF has won two seats while others have won 11 seats. In the Union Territory of Puducherry, the NDA has won 17 out of 30 seats. While it is leading on one. While Congress has got 6 and TVK has got 3 seats. Also, three seats have gone to independents. Thus, the NDA will form the government in Puducherry.
In Tamil Nadu, Thalapathy Vijay’s TVK has defeated the two main political parties DMK and AIADMK. Also, TVK has won 96 seats and is leading on 11 seats. However, TVK needs 118 seats for an absolute majority. While the ruling DMK has won 68 seats and is leading on 6 seats. While AIADMK has won 48 seats and is leading in five seats. While in Kerala, Congress-backed UDF has won 97 seats out of 140 seats. While Communist Party-led LDF has won 35 seats. Also, NDA has won only 3 seats.
