High Tides And Strong Currents Hit Dwarka Coast Amid Heavy Rainfall Across Gujarat
Dwarka: Unusual and powerful sea activity has been witnessed along the Dwarka coastline. Triggered by a low-pressure system in the Arabian Sea, strong currents and towering waves crashed against the shore, an intensity typically not seen until much later in the monsoon season. The sight has left both locals and tourists stunned.
One of the most striking and rare developments was the swelling of waves all the way up to Gomti Ghat. The riverfront, usually calm, was suddenly met with sea waves that rose high and rolled inland. This unexpected phenomenon quickly turned the spot into a crowd-puller, with visitors gathering to take pictures and marvel at the raw force of the sea.
As the waves grew more aggressive, the local administration acted swiftly. Firefighters and security personnel were deployed to the site to manage crowds and prevent accidents.
