Gujarat BJP Announces Parliamentary Board Ahead Of Local Body Elections; Several Senior Leaders Inducted

The Gujarat unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party has announced its Parliamentary Board following a meeting of its Core Committee. The board has been constituted ahead of the local self-government elections and includes several senior party leaders.
According to information received, the Parliamentary Board comprises Bhupendrasinh Chudasama, Nitin Patel, Purshottam Rupala, R.C. Faldu, C.R. Patil, Anju Vekaria, Jayshree Patel, and Varsha Doshi.
The announcement of the new Parliamentary Board comes in the wake of the party’s organisational restructuring. The board plays a key role in finalising candidate selection, and its meetings are held specifically to decide ticket distribution ahead of elections. With elections on the horizon, the BJP organisation is said to be in action mode.
