- Sabarmati Ashram Visit: A prayer meeting is planned at Gandhi Ashram at 6 PM on April 8, followed by a cultural program showcasing Gujarat’s traditions at the Ahmedabad Riverfront at 7 PM.
- Convention Meeting: On April 9 at 9:30 AM, the convention will begin with flag hoisting and discussions on resolutions. Leaders can submit notes to express their views on various topics.

Congress members arriving from across India will stay in 35 hotels across Ahmedabad. Notable bookings include:
