Sohail Khan Opens Up on Divorce From Seema Sajdeh: ‘I Lost Someone I Truly Loved’ | WATCH

Actor Sohail Khan has spoken candidly about his divorce from former wife Seema Sajdeh, admitting that his own behaviour during a difficult phase in his career contributed to the breakdown of their marriage.

The emotional revelation came during a recent episode of Alliance, where Seema entered the reality show as a wildcard contestant. Their reunion on the show offered viewers a glimpse into the respectful relationship they continue to share despite ending their marriage.

Sohail Khan Reflects on His Divorce

During a conversation inside the house, contestant Nikhil Chinappa asked Sohail, “Aurat ghar ko bigaad bhi sakti hai aur bana bhi sakti hai. Aapke ghar mein kiska haath tha?” (A woman can either make or break a home. Who was responsible in your case?)

Responding to the question, Sohail said, “At that time, kaam theek nahi chal raha tha (my work wasn’t going well), so I wasn’t in the right frame of mind. Because of my behaviour, I lost someone I truly loved.”

‘I Have Immense Respect for Seema’

The actor acknowledged his role in the end of the relationship and emphasised the respect he continues to have for Seema. “She is the mother of my two beautiful children, so more than love, I have immense respect for Seema. This will always remain a memorable show for me. Though we are separated, this show has brought us back together to talk and confide in one another. There was a missing link between us, and this show helped reconnect it,” he said.

During the episode, Seema also shared that while their younger son, Yohan, is rooting for her to win the competition, their elder son, Nirvaan, is supporting Sohail.

In another conversation with fellow contestant Zaid Darbar, Sohail revealed that both sons currently live with him, while Seema visits the house several times a week to spend time with them.
