Mirzapur: The Movie Day 7 India Box Office
The rs 10.55 crore Day 7 collection has taken the film’s domestic net total close to the rs 150 crore milestone. While the worldwide figure has already crossed rs 200 crore, the India net collection is still just short of rs 150 crore.
The weekday hold is being seen as a positive sign for the film, particularly after its strong opening weekend. The movie reportedly crossed rs 100 crore in India by Day 4, while its worldwide earnings had already moved beyond rs 150 crore at that stage.
From OTT Favourite To Big Screen Success
The biggest challenge for Mirzapur: The Movie was always going to be translating the popularity of the streaming franchise into theatrical footfalls. The film appears to have cleared that hurdle in its opening week.
Pankaj Tripathi returns as Kaleen Bhaiya, while Ali Fazal reprises his role as Guddu Pandit and Divyenndu returns as Munna Tripathi. Ravi Kishan is also part of the ensemble.
The film released in theatres on September 4, 2026, giving fans of the franchise an opportunity to see its familiar characters on the big screen.
What’s Next For Mirzapur: The Movie?
With the rs 200 crore worldwide mark already behind it, attention now shifts to the second weekend. The crucial question is whether the film can maintain its momentum and push its domestic collection comfortably beyond rs 150 crore.
For now, Mirzapur: The Movie has delivered a strong first week box office result and demonstrated that the franchise’s audience was willing to leave the streaming screen and head to cinemas.
