Bollywood icon Madhuri Dixit has leased a commercial office in one of Mumbai’s sought-after business districts, marking a notable move in the city’s high-end real estate segment.
The veteran actress has rented a 731-square-foot office space in the One Lodha Place building located in Lower Parel for a five-year period, with the total rental value amounting to ₹2.81 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.
The lease agreement, registered on March 24, 2026, includes one dedicated car parking slot. Official records indicate a stamp duty payment of ₹72,600 and registration charges of ₹1,000, along with a security deposit of ₹17 lakh. The property was leased from an individual named Rinku Parikshit Joshi.
Under the terms of the agreement, the monthly rent begins at ₹4.25 lakh in the first year and escalates by 5 per cent annually. It rises to ₹4.46 lakh in the second year, ₹4.68 lakh in the third, ₹4.91 lakh in the fourth, and ₹5.16 lakh in the fifth and final year. This structured increase brings the cumulative rent over the 60-month tenure to ₹2.81 crore, as calculated by Square Yards.

Neither Madhuri Dixit nor the property owner, Rinku Parikshit Joshi, could be reached for comment on the transaction.
