Indian spinner Kuldeep Yadav is all set to embark on a new personal milestone as he prepares to marry his longtime partner, Vanshika Chadha, today in the scenic hill town of Mussoorie, Uttarakhand.
The wedding ceremonies commenced yesterday with traditional Haldi and Mehendi rituals, setting the stage for the main event. The couple will exchange vows in an intimate gathering of family and close friends, followed by a grand reception scheduled for March 17 in Lucknow. The occasion is anticipated to draw prominent figures from cricket and beyond, with names like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Sunil Gavaskar, Rinku Singh, and Suryakumar Yadav reportedly expected to attend the celebrations.
Kuldeep and Vanshika share a deep-rooted connection that traces back to their childhood in Kanpur. Growing up in the same city—Kuldeep from the Lal Bungalow area and Vanshika from Shyam Nagar—the pair have known each other for years. Vanshika has stood by the cricketer through his journey, offering unwavering support since his Under-19 days and during challenging phases of his career.
While Kuldeep enjoys widespread recognition as a key member of the Indian cricket team, Vanshika maintains a deliberately low profile, steering clear of the spotlight and social media limelight. She leads a grounded life focused on her professional commitments. Vanshika works as a manager with the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), having built a stable career independent of the glamour associated with celebrity circles. Her father, Yogender, is also employed with LIC. She pursued higher studies in Australia before returning to India.
