John Abraham Secures Lucrative Rental Deal in Mumbai’s Bandra

Bollywood actor and producer John Abraham has leased three residential units in Mumbai’s prestigious Bandra West, securing a deal that will generate approximately ₹4.3 crore over five years, according to property documents reviewed by Square Yards. The apartments, located in The Sea Glimpse Co-operative Housing Society, command a combined monthly rent of ₹6.3 lakh in the first year, with an escalation clause that will increase the rent to ₹8 lakh per month by the final year.

The lease agreements, finalized in May 2025, span 60 months and include an annual rent increase of about 8% for the first two years, followed by 5% for the subsequent two years. A security deposit of ₹36 lakh was paid for the three units, with a stamp duty of ₹1.12 lakh and registration fees of ₹1,000, as per records from the Maharashtra government’s property registration portal.

Bandra West, a prime Mumbai suburb, is renowned for its luxury residences and celebrity residents, including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Alia Bhatt. Its proximity to the Bandra Kurla Complex and excellent connectivity via the Western Express Highway and metro development make it a sought-after location. A Square Yards spokesperson noted that the deal reflects the high demand for premium properties in this vibrant neighborhood.
