Ajay Devgn Secures Lucrative Deal with Mumbai Office Lease

MUMBAI: Bollywood star Ajay Devgn has leased a premium office space in Mumbai’s Andheri West, fetching a monthly rent of ₹5.47 lakh. The property, located in the bustling commercial hub of Signature Towers in Oshiwara, spans approximately 2,520 square feet and was leased to film producer Kabir Khan for a five-year term.

The agreement, finalized in April 2025, includes a security deposit of ₹30 lakh and a stamp duty of ₹2.22 lakh, as detailed in documents accessed. The lease terms stipulate an annual rent escalation of 5%, ensuring a steady increase in returns over the contract period. Over the five years, Devgn is set to earn approximately ₹3.3 crore from this transaction.

This move underscores Devgn’s strategic investments in Mumbai’s commercial real estate market, where premium office spaces continue to command high rental yields. The deal reflects the growing demand for well-located office units in the city’s entertainment and business districts.
