The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has confirmed that the results for the Class 12 (HSC) examinations held in February–March 2025 will be announced on May 5. A press conference is scheduled for 11:00 AM, following which students will be able to access their results online from 1:00 PM onwards.
This year, the HSC exams were conducted earlier than usual, spanning from February 11 to March 11, 2025. Over 15 lakh students appeared for the HSC exams across the state. In total, more than 31 lakh students registered for both SSC and HSC examinations combined.
Of the HSC candidates, 8,10,348 were boys, 6,94,652 were girls, and 37 identified as transgender. For Class 10, there were 8,64,120 male, 7,47,471 female, and 19 transgender students registered.

Steps to Check Maharashtra HSC Result 2025 Online:
- Visit the official website at mahresult.nic.in.
- Click on the link titled “Maharashtra SSC/HSC Result 2025”.
- Enter your seat number and mother’s name in the required fields and submit.
- Your HSC result will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and print a copy of the result for future reference.
