Ramashray Yadav, a scientist at the Ahmedabad center of the Meteorological Department, said that due to the cyclonic circulation and western disturbance towards southwest Rajasthan, some parts of Gujarat may experience rainfall. Scattered rain with thunder might fall in Kutch, Banaskantha, and Sabarkantha on Saturday (May 3).
On Sunday (May 4), there is a possibility of rain and thundershowers in Kutch, Banaskantha, Sabarkantha, Patan, Mehsana, Aravalli, Mahisagar, Dahod, Panchmahal, Vadodara, Chhota Udepur, Diu, Gir-Somnath, Amreli, and Bhavnagar.
As of Monday (May 5), Kutch, Banaskantha, Patan, Mehsana, Aravalli, Mahisagar, Dahod, Panchmahal, Vadodara, Chhota Udepur, Diu, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Bharuch, Narmada, Surat, Tapi, Valsad, Dang, Navsari, Daman, and Dadra-Nagar Haveli might experience rain accompanied with thundershowers.
