US Vice President JD Vance Meets PM Modi in Delhi; Trade Talks and Dinner on Agenda
Marking his first official visit to India, JD Vance arrived in New Delhi with a high-level delegation for a four-day diplomatic engagement.

New Delhi: United States Vice President JD Vance reached Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s official residence at 7 Lok Kalyan Marg on Sunday, accompanied by Second Lady Usha Vance, their children—Ewan, Vivek, and Mirabel—and a delegation of senior American officials.
This marks Vice President Vance’s first official trip to India, scheduled from April 21 to 24. His visit underscores the growing importance of Indo-US relations, with key discussions expected on accelerating the bilateral trade agreement and enhancing overall diplomatic and strategic cooperation.

According to India’s Ministry of External Affairs, the leaders will engage in comprehensive talks on a range of issues. The meeting will be followed by a formal dinner hosted by PM Modi in honor of the visiting dignitary.
