Badshah and Isha Rikhi Announce Separation

Rapper Badshah and Punjabi actor Isha Rikhi have confirmed their decision to separate five months after marrying in a private ceremony in March 2026. The couple posted matching statements on their Instagram Stories, stating they had mutually agreed to part ways and requesting that the public respect their privacy.

Their relationship remained largely private throughout its duration, which made the announcement unexpected. Reports indicate the pair were together for nearly four years before their wedding and had not publicly discussed the reasons for ending the marriage.

According to available information, Badshah and Isha first met in 2021 through mutual friends at a social gathering. They grew closer and began dating while keeping the relationship out of the public eye for several years.

The couple held a traditional wedding ceremony attended only by close family and friends in March 2026. Images of the event, showing Badshah in a kurta and safa and Isha in a red bridal outfit, later circulated online after being shared by Isha’s mother, Poonam Rikhi.

In July, during an Instagram Ask Me Anything session, Isha publicly confirmed the marriage and shared the couple’s first official photograph together.

The following month, indications of possible difficulties emerged. Isha posted a brief video montage with the caption “Every storm is a lesson. Every prayer is hope.” Her mother also shared posts referring to karma around the same period.

Exactly five months after the wedding, the pair released identical statements announcing their amicable separation.

Badshah was previously married to Jasmine Masih. That marriage took place in 2012 and ended in divorce in 2020. The former couple continue to co-parent their daughter, Jessemy Grace Masih Singh.

The announcement closes a chapter that remained mostly shielded from public view until recent months. Both individuals have asked for privacy as they move forward.
