New Delhi : The controversy surrounding the Cockroach Janta Party took another dramatic turn after its founder, Abhijeet Dipke, claimed that his Instagram account had been hacked. The statement came shortly after several social media disruptions linked to the party sparked debate online.
According to Dipke, he suddenly lost access to his Instagram account and was unable to recover it despite multiple attempts. He also claimed that the party’s backup account briefly disappeared before becoming accessible again. Screenshots shared online showed Instagram asking for identity verification and password recovery, adding fuel to speculation among supporters.
The incident comes at a time when the Cockroach Janta Party has been gaining massive traction across social media, especially among young users. What started as a satirical online movement has now turned into one of the most talked about digital political communities in the country. Its sharp memes, political sarcasm, and discussions around unemployment, exam leaks, and governance have helped it attract millions of followers in a very short span of time.
Recently, the party also made headlines after its X account was withheld in India, leading supporters to launch alternative pages and hashtags in support of the movement. Followers began using slogans like “Cockroaches Never Die” as the controversy spread further online.
