Messi Wins Golden Boot Award, Sets New Record for Miami

Nashville (USA): Argentina’s Lionel Messi has won the Golden Boot Award for the current season of Major League Soccer (MLS) in the United States. He has become the first-ever Inter Miami player to receive this prestigious honor.

The Golden Boot Award is presented to the tournament’s Most Valuable Player (MVP). Along with Messi, Sam Surridge and Denis Bouanga were also contenders. However, Messi’s 29 goals placed him well ahead of Surridge and Bouanga, who both scored 24 goals each.

On Saturday, Messi played a decisive role in Miami’s 5–2 victory over Nashville, scoring a hat-trick. It was his first three-goal performance in a single match since October 19 last year.

Messi is also scheduled to visit India in December, adding to the excitement among his fans.
