Mumbai : An FIR has been registered at Amboli police station in Mumbai after Marathi social media influencer and actress Rajshree More was reportedly misbehaved with by Rahil Javed Shaikh, son of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) leader Javed Shaikh. In the video, the politician’s son appears half-naked and seems to be under the influence of alcohol.
The police have started investigating the matter. Rajshree has demanded strict action against Rahil and said that she felt threatened during the incident. Recently, Rajshree More made the headlines a few weeks back after she posted a video on social media where she made contentious comments about the local Maharashtrian community.
In the video, she questioned the efforts to enforce the Marathi language on the state’s residents and argued that local Marathi people should instead be motivated to work harder. She also warned that Mumbai’s local Marathi community’s condition could worsen if migrants left the city. After these statements, MNS workers from Versova lodged a complaint against Rajshree More at the Oshiwara police station.
