This xiaomi car cost ₹60,00,000 would you get that in india?

BARCELONA– Tech giant Xiaomi has entered the high-performance electric vehicle arena with a bang, showcasing its new SU7 Ultra sedan at Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. Boasting sub-2-second zero-to-100 km/h acceleration, the SU7 Ultra positions itself as a contender in the ultra-fast car market, all while maintaining a surprisingly accessible price point.

Xiaomi claims the SU7 Ultra can rocket from 0 to 100 km/h (0-62 mph) in a mere 1.98 seconds, reaching a top speed of 350 km/h (217 mph). This incredible performance is driven by a three-motor system, combining two Xiaomi V8s electric motors and one Xiaomi V6s motor, delivering a staggering 1,527 horsepower.

To manage this power, Xiaomi has equipped the SU7 Ultra with massive 430-millimeter carbon ceramic brake discs. Weight reduction is a key design element, evident in the extensive use of carbon fiber, including a large 1.7 square meter carbon fiber roof. The overall aesthetic is described as race-track inspired, yet Xiaomi markets it as a mass-produced, four-door “high-performance luxury” sedan.

While Xiaomi kept the interior under wraps at MWC, the company has stated it features Alcantara fabric throughout and a prominent central display on the dashboard.

The model displayed in Barcelona was finished in “Lightning Yellow,” with four other color options available: “Space Silver,” “Verdant Green,” “Pearl White,” and “Obsidian Black.” Xiaomi will also offer optional “Racing Package” and “Nürburgring Nordschleife Limited Edition” configurations for those seeking even more performance-oriented features.

Disrupting the Supercar Market with Price

Perhaps the most striking aspect of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is its starting price in China: 529,900 RMB, which translates to approximately 60,00,000 lakh. This price point is exceptionally competitive, especially when considering that comparable sub-2-second 0-100 km/h electric cars, like the Rimac Nevera and Pininfarina Battista, carry price tags in the multi-million dollar range.

The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is currently available for purchase in China. The Xiaomi SU7 electric sedan has been unveiled in India. However Xiaomi hasn’t confirmed the launch of its first EV in India.
